Prices excluding UK VAT. Shipping in the UK is free. Outside the UK, costs are added to the shopping basket depending on your location. Shipping is via UPS courier unless stated otherwise.

We aim to dispatch in-stock products within one business day of receiving the order. Notices of shipping delays are detailed in the shopping basket as required.

Delivery times from the date of dispatch are normally

  • UK: next working day
  • EU: 2-3 working days
  • USA: 2-3 working days. Recent changes in tariffs and import policy may cause additional delays and costs.
  • Others: 3-5 working days

A VAT invoice is supplied with all purchases.

Note: Orders outside of the UK are shipped on DAP terms, and the receiver will be liable to pay any import duties, taxes, or tariffs levied within their locality.

Stock status is live, and orders will only be accepted up to the limit of available stock. Should an item be out of stock, you can request to be automatically notified when it is back in stock.

The new V3 charger replaces all other models
This is a dual-port USB-PD Type-C charger, offering up to 45 watts per port. Details are on the charger website.

Chargers come supplied with power connections. These are additional or spare connectors suitable for V2 and V3 chargers.

These are replacements for the previous generation V2 chargers only.
